Future Scouts was born out of the question: what would scouting look like if it were founded today? A hybrid IRL and digital SEL program, it taught life skills through live-action skits, gamified challenges, and in-person troop sessions connecting online learning with real-world play.

  • Created the brand identity, tone of voice, UI/UX, and experience across every touchpoint—building a web app that felt like an animated video game

  • Directed production teams and talent, delivering new weekly content and shaping the full user journey from onboarding to achievement systems

  • Wrote and directed dozens of hours of live-action skits, directed actors on set, and managed production teams of animators, editors, and designers

  • Designed gamified reward systems (badges, missions, in-app progress)
