/ About the project
Ever Scouts was part digital escape room, part interactive classroom designed to teach kids social and personal responsibility. Kids joined live digital adventures to practice problem-solving as they escaped a haunted house, reliability as they solved an art heist, or empathy as they brokered peace with an alien world. It was an online world designed to change their real one.

Translated an SEL framework for responsibility into an interactive storytelling product—turning complex life skills like empathy and self-regulation into collaborative adventures kids loved
Developed brand voice & identity, UX/UI, plus all internal and external comms and marketing
Creative directed and produced dozens of hours of instructor-led “missions” and 100+ asynchronous challenges
Oversaw cross-functional production teams of writers, designers, animators, and “Guides,” hosting live sessions for hundreds of kids across the globe
